SAM SUITE® FAQ’S

1How do I Log into my SAM Suite® account?
  • You can log into your account by visiting www.theSAMSUITE.com or through the Available App on your Apple Device. (Android is coming Soon)
  • After you have been set up on the system you will receive a “Welcome” email which will provide you with your user name and password. Both are able to be changed at a later time.
2How do I change my Password?
When you are logged into your account, click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen where it says “Welcome…followed by your name”. Once you have clicked, a dropdown will appear where you will see a choice for “Profile”. Click on Profile and you will find a button to change your Password there.
3Can I change my user name?
When you are logged into your account, click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen where it says “Welcome…followed by your name”. Once you have clicked, a dropdown will appear where you will see a choice for “Profile”. Click on Profle and you will find a button to change your User Name there.
4What do I do if I cannot Log in?
When you are not able to Log in, you can call our office directly at: 800-254-4726 (also found on the footer on each Web Page. You can also send an email to: samsuite@samusa.com
5What are the TOP 5 THINGS that I should do before implementing SAM Suite® and inputting data for the first time?
Since SAM Suite® is customizable and you start with a template of pre-populated stages and categories, it is important to customize it to match your specific needs. This MUST be done before inputting data as they cannot be changed after-the-fact (to preserve the integrity of the data)! You may be OK with the titles in place, but here are the TOP 5 THINGS we recommend you should review and consider customizing before inputting data:

  1. Customize your Hierarchy if you have more than one (1) user set up on your account to match your Management Terminology.
  2. Customize the three (3) different Stages to match your Sales Process.
  3. Customize the Activities to match your Sales Process.
  4. Customize the verbiage in the SAM Coaching section if it doesn’t match up with how you currently self-assess performance or conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
  5. Update the Office Settings on your account to ensure the Email Reminders and work week is set up correctly.

After you have gone through this checklist, please add New Users (Producers and Managers) onto the system.
6How do I add Additional Users to my account if I am on a Monthly Billing Cycle?
When you find you need additional users for your SAMSUITE account, please contact our office at: 800-254-4726 or by email at: samsuite@samusa.com to make that request. Because you will have a Credit Card on file, your next Monthly billing cycle will reflect the changed made to your account.
7How do I add Additional Users to my account if I am on a Yearly Billing Cycle?
When you find you need additional users for your SAMSUITE account, please contact our office at: 800-254-4726 or by email at: samsuite@samusa.com to make that request. Because you will have a Credit Card on file, you will be charged a “Pro-Rated” amount at the time of the increase. Upon renewal after a year of utilization the full amount (which would include any addition user spots added) will be charged for the upcoming year.
8How do I learn how to use my SAM Suite® account?
Each new account will automatically be given a Complimentary 30-minute Basic Training session. You will be able to sign up for that right after a purchase has been made for a new SAMSUITE® account. There are a series of Training Videos available within your SAMSUITE® account. These can be found in the “Training Resources” section on the left side Menu and can be referred to at any time before or after the 30-minute Basic Training session.
9Is there additional Training available for SAM Suite®?
At any time after you have started using SAMSUITE®, you would be able to sign up for additional training in 30 minutes sessions. You would be able to purchase and scheduled as many as you feel necessary at a given time. To sign up for a 30-minute session you would have to add it to the cart from within the SAM Store then check out and purchase. After your purchase you will be able to schedule a call. If a time you were looking for was not available you can send a request to: samsuite@samusa.com to inquire.
10How do I access and learn about the App that accompanies the Web-based system?
If you were to go to the Apple App Store (Android is coming soon) and search for the app “SAMSUITE” that is all you would need. To log into the App you would need to use the same User Name and Password as you would on the Web Version. The app would allow you to have access to everything you would on the Web Version. There would be some limitations depending on the size of the Screen you would be using to view SAMSUITE however.
