 Who likes phoning to set appointments…ugh!!! We all hate this task and try to pawn it off on others (good luck with that one), but the fact remains that it is your practice and your responsibility. As one Managing Partner said recently - "Phoning is the only thing that matters. Get good on the phone and everything else takes care of itself."

The Secrets of Texas Pride
 During my recent vacation to the Lone Star State, nothing showed up bigger than the state’s pride. Texas pride is legendary. It is so strong that it helped the state win its independence during the Mexican Revolution-against the odds-and has a lot do with why they received special concessions when joining the union. For example, Texas is the only state with the legal right to fly its flag at the same height as the United States flag.
