Activity Management: New Years Resolutions

What were your New Years resolutions? If one of them was to be more organized in your life (e.g., financial and physical fitness) and your practice (e.g., setting and achieving marketing and business goals), how are you doing? University of Rhode Island psychologist James O. Prochaska has conducted landmark studies that show it takes us three weeks or 21 days to establish new habits. We need that time to develop a routine and get into a mindset.
