While reading a fitness blog recently I came across a comment on resolutions that I think sums up the need to stay motivated to keep them:”A resolution is an act of becoming, not being.”That is to say it is a process, not a one-time door to pass through. You can form a habit but the process does not end there. You need to be continually motivated to stay on your path to success. So how do you stay motivated? We all have a variety of tactics/strategies we use to stay motivated.
