eScoreBoard Tips & Tricks: Finding Meaning in Categories
Dials, Contacts, Appointments, Referrals…we all know what these categories mean, don’t we? Maybe!
Many of these categories within the eScoreBoard Activity tab are customizable to your company or agency. This means many of the definitions are customizable as well, making it a challenge be 100% sure of what numbers you’re being asked to track.
If you’ve ever been unsure of exactly what you’re meant to be tracking, the eScoreBoard Glossary is a helpful tool to make your tracking easier.
On the Activity screen, you can float your mouse over a category heading, and the definition from the Glossary will pop right up!
The full Glossary is available in the under the Help Tab, which is in gray and located in the tab bar to the right of the red Administration Tab.
Once the Help window opens, you will notice various color coded tabs running across the top of the screen, these tabs match those you see in eScoreBoard.
The black Glossary tab is located to the right of the red Administration tab. Click on the black Glossary Tab to see the complete listing of all categories, ratios, and formulas contained in your version of eScoreBoard.
While we strive to make sure the Glossary is fully updated and all encompassing, there are occasionally custom categories created by your management team that may not include a definition either in the Glossary or in the pop ups on the Activity page. For help with these categories, consult your manager as they will be able to provide the most accurate definition for your group.

The Help section contains a great deal of valuable information beyond the Glossary. If you have a specific question relating to any section of eScoreBoard (e.g. Reports, Goals, etc.), simply click on the corresponding tab within the Help screen. The information is provided in an easy to use format including, an Overview, a How To section, and FAQs.
