eSCoreBoard Tips & Tricks: Analysis Made Easy with Comparison Reports

One of the best ways we know of to continually build a business is to compare results from timeframe to another timeframe, side-by-side. For example - compare January of this year to January of last year.

Well, the Comparison Report feature on eScoreBoard allows you to do just that!

This valuable report allows the user to quickly compare trends, track improvements, or see declines in specific categories. And setting up the Comparision Report is quick and easy!

The Comparison Report allows Producers to view and compare their activity across two timeframes, side by side. In addition to viewing activity across two timeframes, Managers are also able to compare two producers across the same timeframe.

To create a comparison report, select Comparison from Report Type. Next, you will select the timeframes you would like to compare and hit update reports. Then you can view a comparison of activity from different timeframes.

Select the time-frame(s) for the report
To the right of the  icon, select the timeframe for the report. The timeframe for the report can be:

Weekly
Monthly
Quarterly
Yearly

Scheduling Your Comparison Report
Like all other eScoreBoard reports, you can schedule your Comparison report to be run and sent to you and your collegues at set intervals. Once a report is selected it can be saved as a scheduled report by clicking on the Schedule this Report Quicklink on the upper right-hand corner of the page.

When you click on the link, you will be automatically redirected to the Scheduling sub-tab of the Reports section. The report you queried will be populated in the Scheduled Reports section, so all you will need to do is add a title to the report, select the frequency you’d like to receive it, and click on the save button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
