eScoreBoard Tips: Training Resources
To access our training material you must first log-on to the system. After logging-on, you will be directed to the Dashboard, where all of our training materials are located under the heading, Training Resources. By clicking on the “eScoreBoard Video Tour” link, you will be present with a narrated tour of the system, which will explain everything from changing your password to generating reports.
If you’re still looking for a more in depth explanation of the system, we also have various User Guides, which can be accessed by clicking on the “User Documents” link. Currently there are 5 documents in this section, which cover topics from general usage of the system to some more advanced technical issues, such as problems with printing.
Like with most systems, whether technology-based or not, starting on the system will bring some initial results, but it is implementation that truly drives the effectiveness of any system. Our coaching services not only teach how to use the system, but they also providing insight on how to read the reports, how to conduct effective activity-based one-on-ones and much more.
The eScoreBoard Video Tour and the User Documents section are wonderful training resources, and they are supplemented with an abundance of information in our standard Help section, which can be accessed by clicking on the Help Tab.
