Our three-step training process:

Step 1: Leadership Strategies

We meet with your leadership team to learn about your specific needs. We'll ask about your goals and what you hope to achieve with activity management. Based on this discussion, our consultants will customize an activity management solution to fit your culture and team.

During the strategy phase, we will:

  • Conduct an initial interview and compile a company profile
  • Host a strategy meeting detailing integration and implementation

Host a leadership kickoff meeting with collateral support and webinar logistic training 

Step 2: Implementation

By hosting and leading two complete webinars to teach your sales professionals and managers the ins and outs of the SAM system, and the best methods for using it.
